Production

Production software that starts from the RRC filing, not a gauge sheet.

WellsManager pulls your Texas Railroad Commission production into the lease, lines it up against the oil you actually sold, and carries the result into well costs and investor statements. It is production tracking for the office, not a pumper app.

Official production, synced from the RRC

Preview the RRC feed for your operator number, choose the wells and leases to apply, and WellsManager stores the filed oil volumes by month. Run the sync again whenever a filing posts.

→ Preview before you apply
→ Official months stored per lease
→ Well RRC records refreshed on demand

Recorded sales next to filed volumes

Sales are entered by tank with product type, barrels, price, production date, production tax, and cleanup and conservation fees. The lease production view shows filed oil beside recorded sales for every month and flags the months that disagree.

→ Sales by tank and well
→ Official vs recorded, month by month
→ Flagged months to chase

Production that flows into the money

Because sales, well costs, and investor stakes live on the same wells, the period operating statement shows each investor their net income per lease without a spreadsheet in between.

→ Operating statement per investor
→ Well costs on the same well
→ Live WTI, Brent, and natural gas prices

Ask the AI connector

Connect Claude to your company and ask which lease dropped last quarter, which months are flagged, or what a workover cost. The connector reads live records under your own role.

→ Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai
→ Read and update, never delete
→ Included in every paid plan
What it is not

WellsManager is not a production gauging or SCADA app. It does not replace daily gauge sheets, tank telemetry, or allocation engineering. It takes filed production and recorded sales and turns them into costs, statements, and investor checks.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Where does the production data come from?

From the Texas Railroad Commission feed for your operator number, pulled through RRC Sync, and from the oil sales your team records by tank. RRC Sync is included in every plan.

Does it replace a pumper or gauging app?

No. Field Log covers maintenance and inspections from the truck, not daily gauge readings. Many operators run WellsManager beside a gauging app.

What happens when filed and recorded volumes disagree?

The lease production view flags the month so someone can check the run ticket, the tank reading, or the filing before the statement goes out.

Can investors see production?

Investors see the operating statement for their own interests. Production detail stays with the operator's staff unless you share it.
