WellsManager (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operations software for upstream oil & gas operators, provided by OnixOil LLC. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

• Account data — name, email, company, role, and authentication credentials.
• Operational data — wells, fields, tanks, sales, expenses, and other records you enter into the platform.
• Usage data — log files, IP address, browser, device, and the pages you interact with.
• Cookies — session and CSRF cookies necessary for the app to function securely.

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide and improve the service, authenticate you, secure the platform against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate operational updates. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers we need to operate the platform — hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics — and only as required to provide the service. Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On account closure, we delete or anonymize data within 90 days unless retention is legally required.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted at-rest storage, role-based access controls, and routine dependency audits. No system is perfectly secure; we respond to and disclose incidents as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
